Year 10 Retreat
departing at 9.15am
As part of the Year 10 Religious Education Program, the students have the opportunity to participate in a four day/three night retreat at Camp Wilkin in Anglesea.
● To gain a deeper appreciation of themselves as people.
● To come to a deeper understanding of their talents and abilities.
● To socialise as a group and enjoy themselves.
We see this as a very important component of their Religious Education course where they are able to reflect on their lives so far, ponder what the future might hold and grow together as a Year 10 cohort. The key theme of the retreat is the Kildare Ministries value of “Hope: Bringing a sense of purpose”.
The Retreat is being facilitated by Jordan Hodge and Jarryd Atkinson, two extremely talented young men who have been doing some marvellous work around the country in the area of retreats and Youth Forums.
