This artwork focuses on the physical internal layers of our bodies. I wanted to explore what we are made up of, physically, emotionally, and intellectually, to learn how we live, breathe, and feel. By layering the different systems on top of one another, we can pull apart what we are made up of. The transparency of the artwork allows us to discover that we are more than what you can see on the surface.

This artwork focuses on the emotional internal layers of our bodies. I wanted to explore what we are made up of, physically, emotionally, and intellectually, to learn how we live, breathe, and feel. I chose the three main emotions that we feel every day, and paired them with their commonly associated colours to accentuate the raw emotions. This allows us to pull apart what we are made up of, and to discover that we are more than what you can see on the surface.
